SportApp is here to make your team management easier and all in one place.  A Team is required to collect and maintain certain health information as prescribed by Government.  SportApp provides a platform where Team members can register under their Team, login and;-

1. Complete the Covid-19 Questionnaire when required (games)
2. SportApp stores the completed form and temperature per player
3. When Team Manager/Coach requires a Player’s Covid-19 history, a request is sent through on SportApp Support Page.
4. Player’s history up to 6 months will be provided within 48 hours.

You can now FOCUS on your Sport Goals and leave the administration to us – NO MORE paper work and manual lists!!!
